The revision aggregate strains into species which means that we can now match against retail probiotic mixtures. We looked at BOTH the products produced and product consumed by a probiotic.
For nerds, it’s almost like the Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle being applied to probiotics. Remember this all theoretical calculation from data derived from KEGG: Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes, it has not been demonstrated by clinical studies.

The default is bottom 1%ile, you may adjust this up to the bottom 30 percentile. Playing with the percentile is recommended since on size does not fit all.
